Super nice place! Very well thought, with harry Potter games and merchandise! The barista was very fun and friendly! I bought a Time Turner necklace and I wear it all the time! I tried the butterbeer without alcohol and it was quite nice, although a bit light in flavor.

Great atmosphere! It really feels like you’ve stepped into the Harry Potter world! I love the displays, the aesthetic, and even the toilet room is in theme, which is such a fun detail. Our group went around 9 PM and ordered butterbeer and egg tart, both were delicious and had just the right amount of sweetness. Overall, it’s a great place to chill and hang out. There are even board games you can play, which makes it perfect for spending time with friends. Definitely a must-visit for Potterheads and café lovers alike!

I have always been a Potterhead since the books and movies were released. And I was extremely happy when my bestfriend (who was also a Potterhead)and I knew that there's an HP themed cafe's nesting in Old Quarter, Hanoi. My happiness and excitement was to the nth level when I ordered my Butterbeer and bought my HP merchandise. My friends and I also got a chance to take numerous pictures wearing our House Uniforms which were take note, free to use. By the way, we visited Always twice. First, before we went to Ha Long and Sapa and 2nd was when we returned from those places and before going back to our home here in the Philippines. I will never forget our visit in Always and will definitely come back when we will visit again Hanoi, Vietnam in the future. Thank you for making our Vietnam visit very memorable and magical. Will forever be a Potterhead, ALWAYS!

It is a treat for all the Potterheads out there. Right from the portraits on the wall, cupboard under the stairs, the Harry Potter theme just kicks in. We ordered two drinks - the Frozen Butter Beer and the Truth Potion. Both were very tasty and aesthetically pleasing. Highly recommend all the Potter Fans :)

I went to Always Café in Hanoi and I liked it a lot. It has many Harry Potter things like wands, posters and even Butterbeer! I tried the Butterbeer and it was tasty. I felt like I was in a Harry Potter place, but still in real life. I took many photos and looked at all the decorations. My favorite part was sitting with my drink and pretending I was doing homework at Hogwarts. The people working there were kind and the café was cozy. If you like Harry Potter, you should go. I want to visit again!

it was really like stepping into the wizard world. the butterbeer tasted amazing and magical. all the drinks that we ordered were all tasty and flavourful. 100% recommend everyone to come (especially if you are a harry potter fan). everyone harry potter fan who comes to hanoi should experience this at least once:

Service was great, friendly but bit of a wait for butter beer. We loved the atmosphere and details of the layout. Things like spinning glasses were cool, and menus were interesting! Not many vegetarian options though and pizza was ok. Not amazing in taste. The butter beer tasted good. Something different! We loved the experience and some quirky things to purchase.
